This is a 3D render of a 12 Storey building in Etobicoke. The client asked to produce a 3D image for the community council meeting to show how future development will fit into the existing urban environment. 

It was crucial for this task that we strictly follow the approved architectural drawings. Another requirement was to show exactly how different finishings will look in real life. We successfully showed every detail that was needed for the presentation. 

To  better showcase this development, we opted for a drone-view. This dynamic angled helped us show that the future building will organically fit into surroundings. 

The project was completed promptly and in time for submission to the client’s satisfaction.
